The heat generated by the friction meets the heat required for the operation of the oil extraction process, which helps to promote the thermal denaturation of the protein in the raw material, destroys the colloid, increases the plasticity, and reduces the viscosity of some oils, which is easy to precipitate. The oil output rate of the rapeseed oil press is improved, so that the oil in the material is squeezed out and flows out from the gaps in the garden row and the gap in the row.
Installation method of rapeseed oil press:
Before installing the rapeseed oil press equipment, clean up the newly purchased fully automatic oil press. Pull out the main shaft, remove the upper squeezing cage, and use emery cloth to polish the outer and inner surfaces of the snail and the screw feeder smoothly. Add lubricating grease to all lubricating parts. The type and brand of lubricating oil added in the gearbox should meet the requirements of the instructions. After the round row is polished and clean, it needs to be arranged in the original position when installing the machine, and cannot be misaligned, because the arrangement position and order of the round row have a great relationship with the oil extraction performance. After the round row machine is installed, it is compressed with a compression nut, and the degree of compression should be such that the disc can creep when the oil is pressed. After the oil press has been processed above, it can be fixed on the foundation with anchor bolts. During installation, the pulley of the motor should be aligned with the pulley of the oil press, the position is appropriate, the direction of rotation is correct, and the tightness of the transmission belt should be adjusted appropriately.
